INSTRUCTIONS
Saute sliced onion with vegetable oil or butter until it becomes soft, then add carrot and potato cubes in a cooking pot with 1 cup of boiling water and one vegetable stock. Simmer for 10 mins.
Mix the mixture in the mixer until it becomes smooth then return to cooking pot and simmer until boiled.
Add cooking cream, salt and pepper to taste, and stir for 1 min.
Pour the soup into bowls and serve. Bon appetit!
