  1. Add 1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of water, 70g butter over medium heat in a cooking pan.
  3. Add the flour mix to the liquid ingredients and fold in over low heat until a dough is formed.
  4. Add 4 eggs one at a time and fold in constantly.
  5. Scoop the dough mix and line in a tray on baking sheet and bake over 150C for approximately 30 mins.
  6. For the cream: add 2 egg yolks, 100g sugar, ¼ tsp vanilla and stir well until combined.
  7. Combine 50g flour and 1 cup of milk and stir in a bowl. Move to a cooking pan over medium heat and pour in additional cup of milk while stirring until it comes to a boil.
  8. Cover and leave to rest.
  9. Stuff the cream mix into eclairs, and melt Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate to drizzle over and serve.

Can be served with dark chocolate m&m’s or fruit salad or pineapple rings
