INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Deep fry potato slices and line in a baking tray
  2. Fry spiced meatballs.
  3. Fry sliced onions, sliced capsicum, sliced tomatoes and tomato paste, and add along with meatballs over potatoes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 tbsp Mama’s Homemade Ajvar.
  5. Bake for 20 mins.
  6. Can be served with basmati rice or pita bread.

Enjoy with sliced green capsicum on the side
