Instruction

  1. Boil chicken breasts.
  2. Cook molokhia with 1 tbsp ghee over medium heat, add Maggi chicken stock, salt and pepper to taste and continuously add water when needed.
  3. Pour in a serving dish, cover with chicken on top and serve, with Basmati rice or bread.
Kitchen tip:
You can have molokhia with more liquid water left or no water at all.
