INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, flour in cooking mixer over medium speed till dough forms.
  2. Divide dough into 3 pieces and use two of them as a base.
  3. After spreading dough in a baking tray, add bio sugar free strawberry jam on top.
  4. Shred the third ball of dough and place over the jam. Bake over 180C for 35 mins and serve.
*Kitchen tip: Can be served hot or cold. A light easy delight that can be used with different jams for different occasions.
